"Click Here To Pay Your Utility Bill Online" and fill in the required information to begin using Online E-Bill Pay. All you need is your account number, an email address and your name as it appears on your bill. You can make a payment towards your Evans utility bill from your Visa, Mastercard, Discover or debit card.
If at anytime you wish to stop recurring payments or change information regarding your payment, you must login to your account to activate the changes.
This service is available 24/7 with no additional fees. You will quickly and securely have access to pay your utility bill. Your account will be updated within one business day (if payment is made before midnight).
