Temporary Vendors

Pursuant to Chapter 5.12,  it is unlawful for any temporary vendor to engage in any such business within the city without first obtaining a license/permit therefor in compliance with the provisions of the Evans Municipal Code.

The following forms must be completed before a license can be issued:

  • Temporary Vendor Application
  • Background Check Authorization
  • Business & Sales Tax License
