If you have not registered your account through our new utility billing system, please click the "Pay My Utility Bill" link on the left side of this screen to go register for recurring payments and to fully utilize our new utility billing system. One time payments can also be made through this link.
We process online payments made through our website from a credit or debit card, checking or savings account. You can set recurring payments through the website as well.
HOWEVER, IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS PAST DUE AND/OR YOUR SERVICE IS SHUT OFF FOR NON-PAYMENT, PLEASE CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE UNIT IMMEDIATELY FOR ASSISTANCE. 970-475-1170.

1. Pay online with a debit or credit card, checking or savings account.
2. Call the Customer Service Unit at (970) 475-1170 to make a payment with credit or debit card.
3. Pay in person at the City of Evans Community Complex located at 1100 37th Street, Evans CO.
*Check, Cash, Money Order, Debit or Credit is all accepted in person.

This service is available 24/7 with no additional fees. You will quickly and securely have access to pay your utility bill. Your account will be updated within one business day (if payment is made before midnight).
IMPORTANT: If you have received a shut-off message or if you are currently disconnected, you must call the number below between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday to make your payment before service will be restored. Your service will not be restored outside of normal business hours. We encourage all customers to make payments on time to avoid the $25.00 delinquency charge.
