The Strategic Operating Plan is the most efficient process for implementing the vision, mission and strategic priorities of the City Council.

Each year the City Council holds a strategic retreat to recognize the accomplishments to date and plan for the coming years. Quarterly the City Manager delivers the updated Strategic Plan to the City Council to recognize accomplishments and progress. Implementation of the Plan is an ongoing responsibility of the staff.
