Employment Verification
The City of Evans provides employment verifications upon request by employees and third parties with a legitimate interest in an employee’s employment history (i.e., mortgage companies, prospective landlords, and agencies extending social benefits, etc.).
Per our policy, we will provide an employee’s job title and date of hire verbally. Should you need further information an authorization form must be signed by the employee and submitted.
