Know what's below.  Call before you dig. Dial 811.

To prevent injury to persons and damage to underground utilities from excavation activities, Colorado State law requires that anyone digging in the ground call to have utilities located. The Utility Notification Center of Colorado (UNCC) has been established to help protect the people who dig and any underground utilities. If you plan on digging anywhere in the City of Evans,call UNCC at 1-800-922-1987 or simply dial 811 to have your utilities located. You must allow at least 48 hours between the time you call to have utilities located and when you plan on digging.
