- All zone district titles and acronyms shall be updated in accordance with Ordinance 804-23, Land Development Code.
- All property zoned 85-RC-A (U.S. 85 Retail and Commercial – Auto) shall be rezoned to C-4 (Commercial Industrial).
- All property zoned 85-RC-N (U.S. 85 Retail and Commercial – Neighborhood) West of Saint Vrain Street shall be rezoned to C-4 (Commercial Industrial).
- All property zoned 85-RC-N (U.S. 85 Retail and Commercial – Neighborhood) East of Saint Vrain Street shall be rezoned to C-3 (Regional Commercial).
- All property zoned 85-RC-O (U.S. 85 Retail and Commercial – Office) shall be rezoned to C-3 (Regional Commercial).
- All property zoned 85-RC-R (U.S. 85 Retail and Commercial – Regional Corridor) North of 37th Street shall be rezoned to C-3 (Regional Commercial).
- All property zoned 85-RC-R (U.S. 85 Retail and Commercial – Regional Corridor) South of 37th Street shall be rezoned to C-4 (Commercial Industrial).
- All property zoned C1 (Commercial Low Intensity) South of 32nd Street, East of Harbor Lane, West of 23rd Avenue, and North of 34th Street shall be rezoned to C-3 (Regional Commercial).
- All property zoned C1 (Commercial Low Intensity) South of 32nd Street, east of 23rd Avenue, North of 34th Street, and West of 17th Avenue shall be rezoned to C-2 (General Commercial).
- All property zoned C1 (Commercial Low Intensity) North of 37th Street and adjacent to 35th Avenue shall be rezoned to C-2 (General Commercial)
