City Council Meeting and Work Session Nov. 18

• The council welcome State Representative Ryan Gonzalez to discuss the upcoming 2026 session of the Colorado General Assembly and potential impacts and benefits to the City of Evans.
• The council will also receive an update from the City Attorney regarding options for potential changes to the city's domestic pets provisions. 

• The council will hold a public hearing to consider Ordinance No. 853-25, amending the city code related to accessory dwelling units.
• Evans City Manager Cody R. Sims will provide the council with an update on city capital projects and other matters of high importance.
