City Council Meeting and Work Session Nov. 3

• The council will receive an update from the Public Works & Utilities Director on necessary repairs along two different segments, one on 49th Street near 35th Avenue and the second a pipeline failure along 42nd Street, of the Evans Ditch during the work session.

• Consideration of a Resolution No. 19-2025 which would approve an animal variance for a residence on Port Street. 
• Consideration of an amended contract with FCI Constructors establishing the guaranteed maximum price for the new Evans Police Station. 
• Consideration of a repair contract for the Evans Ditch 49th Street culvert emergency repair.
