The City of Evans, Evans Police Department and Evans Recreation Center phone network has suffered an external error and phones are currently not working for any inbound or outbound calls. If you have an emergency, please call 9-1-1. Customer Service for the City, PD and Recreation are available in-person at the Evans Community Complex. We will alert when phone service is restored. We apologize for any inconvenience.
