In this town hall meeting, Mayor Clark will be discussing the ballot measure asking for a permanent extension of the 1% Road Ahead sales and use tax as well as current and future surface transportation projects in the City.   • Update on the design work for the wastewater treatment plant expansion project. 
Regular Meeting
  • Hispanic Heritage Month Proclamation
  • Consideration of a liquor license for Murphy Oil USA
  • Consideration of an amendment to the wastewater treatment plant expansion contract
  • 2025 annual biosolids removal contract for the wastewater treatment plant. 
  • An authorization for the sale of city assets in accordance with the sale of city property
  • Consideration of a mineral lease with PDC energy.
