Ridge Park Grand Opening on May 22

The City of Evans is so excited to announce that the new playground at Ridge Park has been completed and is open for use! Thanks in part to a very generous donation from Chevron Energy, the Evans City Council and Parks and Recreation Department were able to procure a one-of-a-kind design with unique to Evans soft surface base to greatly improve this park which was long in need of updating. This project is a great example of a public-private partnership that will have long-lasting benefits for our community.

On Thursday, May 22 at 4pm, the City of Evans will be hosting a grand opening celebration to commemorate the latest addition to Evans Parks system. FREE frozen treats will be available for kids of all ages!
