Utility Payment Options

The City of Evans Utility Billing Division has a wide array of options for paying your monthly utility bill. The City currently offers the following payment methods:

• Drop by City Hall at 1100 37th Street and pay with a check, money order, credit card or cash.
• Mail us a check or money order to the address listed on your billing statement. 
• Drop your check or money order payment in the secure utility payment drop box located in front of City Hall at 1100 37th Street 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 
• Call the Customer Service team at (970) 475-1170 between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday and pay with a credit or debit card. 
• Call the automated utility billing number at (877) 920-0541 and make a payment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using a credit or debit card. 
• Pay online with a credit or debit card or ACH deposit from a checking or savings account using our safe and secure online payment portal by visiting https://evansco.authoritypay.com/ 
• Sign up to pay via text message by visiting https://evansco.authoritypay.com/
