Temporary Vendors License
Pursuant to Chapter 5.12, it is unlawful for any temporary vendor to engage in any such business within the city without first obtaining a license/permit to therefore in compliance with the provisions of the Evans Municipal Code.
The following forms must be completed before a license can be issued:
- Temporary Vendor Application
- Background Check Authorization
- Business & Sales Tax License

| Annual | $100.00 |
| City Business & Sales Tax License | $25.00 |
| Background check (in-state) | $20.00 |
| Background check (out-of-state) | TBD |
