Evans City Council and ERA Meeting Oct. 6
The Evans City Council and Evans Redevelopment Agency (ERA) will hold their bimonthly meetings tonight, Tuesday, Oct. 6, at the Evans Community Complex City Council Chambers.
The ERA meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by the regular City Council meeting at 7 p.m.
Before the meetings, the City will celebrate the official grand opening of the new Evans Police Station with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 5:30 p.m. at 3737 St. Vrain Street.

The ERA will consider:

Resolution No. ERA-002-2026, adopting the 2027 ERA Budget.
City Council Regular Meeting Agenda
Items scheduled for consideration include:

Public Hearing: Consideration of the 2027 Operating and Capital Budget, including Resolution No. 29-2026 and Ordinance No. 870-26.

Public Hearing: Consideration of Ordinance No. 871-26, vacating public road right-of-way associated with the Asmus Replat.

37th Street Widening Phase 3 design contract with Ayres Associates.

2026 Mill and Overlay Project contract with Asphalt Specialties.

Evans Ditch License and Utility Crossing Agreement with Raptor Minerals.
