What's on the agenda?
Work Session at 5:00pm
- The council will receive a presentation and offer feedback related to the first draft of the Evans Strategic Plan.
- The council will hear from the city's Engineering Director about the results of the recently completed pavement condition index and will provide the council with an array of options related to prioritization of street maintenance and repair projects.
Regular Meeting at 7:00pm
- The council will hold a Public Hearing and will consider Resolution 04-2026 related to an animal variance application.
- The council will consider a master services agreement for the installation of Automated Vehicle Identification System (speed cameras).
- The council will consider Resolution 05-2026 declaring a drought emergency and declaring a drought state of warning.
- The council will consider Emergency Ordinance 860-26 to amend the municipal code related to water conservation measures.
- The council will consider Resolution 06-2026 related to the disposal of city assets.
- The council will consider Resolution 07-2026 to appoint an interim City Treasurer.
