Inaugural Blooms & Brews Community Event on May 2 at Riverside Park

The City of Evans invites the community to celebrate spring at the inaugural Blooms & Brews event on Saturday, May 2, from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Riverside Park.

This family-friendly community event will feature local breweries and distilleries, food trucks, yard games, gardening partners, live activities, and a cornhole tournament, all set against a fun spring atmosphere in one of Evans’ most popular community spaces.

Whether you’re coming to enjoy local craft beverages, explore gardening resources, grab a bite to eat, or spend time with family and friends outdoors, Blooms & Brews offers something for everyone.

Cornhole Tournament Registration Open

Residents looking to add a little friendly competition to their day can register now for the Blooms & Brews Cornhole Tournament.

Tournament details include:

  • $30 per team
  • Check-in begins at 12 p.m.
  • Games begin at 1 p.m.
  • Prizes awarded to the top three teams
  • Limited spots available
  • Pre-registration is highly recommended
