Missing Juveniles Safely Recovered by the Evans Police Department

 The Evans Police Department is pleased to announce the safe recovery of two missing juveniles, Eliyah and Naomie Parras.

Following an intensive investigative effort, Evans Police Department successfully located both children unharmed.

The Evans Police Department extends its sincere gratitude to the residents of Northern Colorado, community partners, and members of the public who shared information, remained vigilant, and assisted in the effort to locate the children. The overwhelming support and cooperation from the community played a significant role in helping bring Eliyah and Naomie home safely.

Evans Chief of Police Randall R. Darlin said, “For law enforcement, there is no greater relief than knowing that missing children have been found safe. We are profoundly thankful to everyone who assisted in the search, shared information, and never stopped looking. Because of this collective effort, these children are home where they belong. I also want to thank the dedicated members of the Evans Police Department and our partners at the Colorado Bureau of Investigation for their tireless work, professionalism, and commitment throughout this search. Their efforts were instrumental in bringing these children home safely.”
